A complex of nine (9) independent luxurious homes is constructed in an area of over four (4) acres, near the sea, at Agia Ermioni in the Municipality of Agios Minas, Chios, with a view to the Aegean Sea and the West Coasts of Turkey. |

The first type, in the section looking eastwards from the sea, consists of four (4) homes. Each house includes, on the first floor, there are two (2) bedrooms, a bathroom and the staircase, covering a total surface of 51,76 m2. On the ground floor, with a surface of 48,14 m2, there are: an entrance hall, a living dining room, a kitchen, a WC and the staircase.
On the ground floor, there is, also, a semi-sheltered space of 11,60 m2. Auxiliary and other spaces on the lower level, with a total surface of 83,19 m2. 20,00 m2 of this surface will be occupied by a private, closed parking space (garage).
Each home will have its own courtyard and garden of exclusive use, while these four houses will have, between every two of them, a common dividing wall, offering the possibility for eventual unification of these two houses in a single house.

The second type includes five (5) houses, located on the right-hand side of the property (looking from the sea). The houses are arranged side by side; three (3) of the houses have a common dividing wall and the same applies for the other two (2). On the first floor each home includes two (2) bedrooms, a bathroom and the staircase, covering a total surface of 43,43 m2. On the ground floor, with a surface of 36,68 m2, there are: an entrance hall, a living room, a kitchen, a WC and the staircase.
On the ground floor, there is, also,
a semi-sheltered space of 11,15 m2.
Auxiliary and other spaces are
found on the lower level, with a
total surface of 72,00 m2. 24,50 m2
of this surface will be occupied by a
private, closed parking space
(garage). Same as for the first type
of houses, each house of the second
type will have its own, exclusive-use
courtyard and garden.

The complex, besides the spaces of exclusive use, includes, as well, common-use areas, with an approximately 160,00 m2 swimming pool, spa - Jacuzzi, barbecue (BBQ) and six (6) additional open-air parking spaces for the visitors. Finally, between the coastal road and the coast, there is a lot of, approximately, one acre (934,60 m2), which is a non-buildable space and is available to the owners of the housing development - complex for various recreational uses.
- The exterior frames will be of German manufacturing, from synthetic PVC, white or colored.
